During our normally slower holiday season all departments will be closed or lightly staffed to provide our employees with a break and time for family. Our phone departments will be generally closed from December 21 through January 3. Any messages left may be handled once we fully reopen. Please submit any urgent questions or issues using our web forms (links below). Offices are officially closed all day on Friday, Dec 25, as well as Friday, Jan 1 in observance of those holidays, and will close early at 12 PM EST on Dec 24 and on Dec 31. All offices will reopen on a normal schedule on Jan 4.

Activation related questions may be left for the Activation department, although any installations on new computers obtained during the holiday period may simply use the Activate Later option to use the grace period before activation becomes required.
To facilitate employee breaks, replies to some tickets and voice messages may be delayed during the holiday season, so we appreciate your patience. Anything urgent should generally be sent to us using our website form links above for fastest response, and it may be helpful to identify or explain why the issue is "URGENT". Any issues deemed non-urgent may receive a delayed response.
