During our normally slower holiday season all departments will be closed or lightly staffed to provide our employees with a break and time for family. Our phone departments will be generally closed December 24 through January 2. Any messages left may be handled once we fully reopen. Please submit any urgent questions or issues using our web forms (links below). Offices are officially closed all day on Friday, Dec 24, as well as Friday, December 11 as the observed business days for holidays, and may close early on Dec 23 and on Dec 30. Offices are planned to reopen on Jan 3.

Activation related questions may be left for the Activation department, although any installations on new computers purchased during the holiday period may simply use the Activate Later option for several days of grace period before activation becomes required.
To facilitate employee breaks, replies to some tickets and voice messages may be delayed during the holiday season, so we appreciate your patience. Anything urgent should generally be sent to us using our website form links above for fastest response, and it may be helpful to identify or explain why the issue is "URGENT". Any issues deemed non-urgent may receive a delayed response.
