In addition, our offices will be closed Monday, January 1. Between the holidays live support will be generally unavailable and support will be lightly staffed during our traditionally slowest week of the year.

Note that installations on new computers purchased during the holiday period may simply use the Activate Later option for several days of grace period before activation becomes required.
