This is an alert that we are aware of a partial outage of services available through the Microsoft cloud servers, which is affecting the ability of our mobile apps to transfer inspection reports to and from the cloud. Different data centers handle different tasks, and this particular issue appears to affect the transfer ability regardless of your locale, but not necessarily the accessing of inspection listings on the server. Products of other companies who also use Microsoft services are also affected in various ways, and Microsoft indicates their engineers are working on the issue, which apparently was caused by a cooling system failure in one of their data centers. 3D is contacting Cloud3D Services registered users by email to provide information and updates about this issue. Please see the email for various alternative suggestions for collecting inspection information if you are experiencing this issue, as well as a link to the Microsoft status report.
