During our normally slower holiday season all departments will be closed or lightly staffed to provide our employees with a break and time for family. Our offices are officially closed on Monday, Dec 24 and Tuesday, Dec 25, as well as Monday, Dec 31 and Tues, Jan 1 for the holidays. From Dec 26 through Dec 28, offices will close early at 12 PM EST, with periodic checks for any particularly urgent items. Offices will fully reopen on Jan 2.

Activation related questions may be left for the Activation department, although any installations on new computers obtained during the holiday period may simply use the Activate Later option to use the grace period before activation becomes required.
