NOTICE OF OFFICE CLOSING

Please note that the Sales and Subscriptions departments will be closed on Friday February 8.  New calls, messages, orders, and renewals received on Friday may be handled on the following business day, Monday.

The Technical Support department will be unaffected by this closure.

The Activations department may experience some delays in returning calls in regard to any unusual issues, however activation is largely self-managed by right-clicking the 3D icon on the desktop and choosing to Run as Administrator, selecting the option to activate over the internet and entering your original purchase email and password when prompted.  If you have any trouble with this on a new computer, simply choose Activate Later to bypass the activation for several days, and leave your message for the Activations department.
