HURRICANE IRMA
Hurricane Irma made landfall near our headquarters on Sunday, September 10, severely impacting power, internet, communications, and other infrastructure in what is now an official disaster area. It will take some time for recovery in the area.
Our HQ has regained power and internet, but is now in the process of switching back to our in-house server. We will experience some downtime as we work through this process. If you need to activate your software and get a message about not being able to connect to the licensing server, wait a couple of hours and try again.
Our website and support ticketing systems remained fully operational the entire time, and existing Cloud3D Services were not impacted by the storm, handled by separate Microsoft servers out of the area. We always recommend using our web tickets as the most reliable means to reach us:
Although some departments are yet unable to fully reopen, we are receiving messages and web tickets, and will respond as soon as possible. We are most thankful our team remained safe and did not experience catastrophic loss of property. And we greatly appreciate your patience and support during this time and during continued recovery.
