HURRICANE IRMA
We believe that our office is finally up and running at full speed. Power was restored on 9/16/17, and we've been working hard to get our servers restored. Today 9/21/17 is our first day of relative normality since we first knew that Irma was heading our way. We are very pleased that during our "down time" we were still able to keep much of our functionality and address most of our user's needs. Also Cloud Services was never affected, as that service is hosted on a Microsoft server away from the affected area.
Many in our area are still without power, food, water, dealing with flood or wind damage, and many are now without work. Please keep them in your minds, and if you can do anything for hurricane relief (for Harvey, Irma or Maria), please do. People out there could really use your help!
Otherwise we should be able to fully assist you with your inspection software needs. Technical Support, Live Support, Activation, Subscriptions and Sales departments are all open once again. You can find their contact info on our website. There could be a bit of a delay as we wade through a week of emails and phone calls.
